This questionnaire is to survey about customer satisfaction of Secret Recipe.
Besides, the questionnaire has 10 questions which included customers satisfaction toward the food quality, waiter or waitress quality,environment quality and price . In order to get accurately results, i was planning to get 20 respondents from the customers.

Before i start my customer survey, i was asking the permission from the supervisor in Festival City Mall's outlet. The supervisor said:"you can do survey but make sure you are not disturb our customers. " Oh yeah! luckily he is allow me to do survey so i can continue to do my research.
After get the permission from the supervisor, i was started my survey. I was giving the survey form to 20 customers in Secret Recipe to answer the questionnaires.

Luckily they all reacted very kindly and helpful, so I can
quickly get the feedback and data that I need.
Analyst of Survey
For question 1, there are 2 out of 20 customers who dine in
this Secret Recipe outlet for the first time. While, 5 out of 20 customers who
dine in Secret Recipe once in three month. For customers who monthly dine in
Secret Recipe were occupied 5 out of 20 customers from the survey. Besides, 8
out of 20 customers may weekly dine in Secret Recipe. From the survey, there is
no customers will daily dine in Secret Recipe.
