First method of my research (Questionnaire)

This questionnaire is to survey about customer satisfaction of Secret Recipe.

Besides, the questionnaire has 10 questions which included customers satisfaction toward the food quality, waiter or waitress quality,environment quality and price . In order to get accurately results, i was planning to get 20 respondents from the customers.

Before i start my customer survey, i was asking the permission from the supervisor in Festival City Mall's outlet. The supervisor said:"you can do survey but make sure you are not disturb our customers. " Oh yeah! luckily he is allow me to do survey so i can continue to do my research.
After get the permission from the supervisor, i was started my survey. I was giving the survey form to 20 customers in Secret Recipe to answer the questionnaires.

Luckily they all reacted very kindly and helpful, so I can quickly get the feedback and data that I need.

The charts below show the results of the survey of customer’s level satisfaction.

Analyst of Survey

For question 1, there are 2 out of 20 customers who dine in this Secret Recipe outlet for the first time. While, 5 out of 20 customers who dine in Secret Recipe once in three month. For customers who monthly dine in Secret Recipe were occupied 5 out of 20 customers from the survey. Besides, 8 out of 20 customers may weekly dine in Secret Recipe. From the survey, there is no customers will daily dine in Secret Recipe.

This table shows most customers are weekly dine in Secret Recipe with average number o.4. So, Secret Recipe has many loyalty customers.

For question 2, there are 1 out of 20 customers was not agree with the server attractive and available when the customer needed. Besides, 10 out of 20 customers chose neutral in this question. While, there are 8 and 1 customers chose agree and strongly agree respectively.

The highest average number in this table is 0.5(neutral), It is the most answer that answered by customers. Which mean sometimes the server are attentive and available but sometimes are not.

For question 3, 1 out of 20 customers not agree with the server able to answer customer’s question. Besides, 6 of the customers from survey were commented neutral. In the other hand, 12 out of 20 customers agree with the servers in Secret Recipe are able to answer their questions and there also has 1 customer strongly agree with it.

This table shows there is an average o.6 of customers were agreed with Secret Recipe’s Servers are able to answer their questions. This is the most of customers are agree with it. Which mean the servers have knowledge and understood about Secret Recipe.

For the question 4, there is 1 out of 20 customers said he needed to wait long time waited for the food to arrive. In the other hand, 8 of customers commented neutral for waited the food to arrive. The most customers which occupied 9 out of 20 customers take a short time to wait for the food. Whiles, there also has 1 customer from the survey take a very short time to wait for the food.

This table shows there is an average numbers 0.45 of customers were takes just a short time to wait for the food. This is the most customers agreed with it.

For question 5, there are 4 out of 20 customers commented neutral. On the other hand, most of customers which occupied 11 out of 20 customers were agreed with the menu were easy for customers to read. While the rest of 5 customers who are strongly agree with it.

This table shows an average number 0.55 (agree) and it is the highest average number. Which mean most of the customers agreed with the menu is easy to read.

For question 6, 1o and 8 customers who chose neutral and agree with the menu has a good variety of items respectively. In the other hand, 2 out of 20 people strongly agree with the menu has a good variety of items for customers to make choices.

This table shows an average number with 0.5 for neutral in this question. Most of the customers were chose neutral and which mean the menu does not has enough variety of items.

For question 7, 4 out of 20 customers said about the taste of foods were neutral. On the other hand, 13 out of customers were agree with the food in Secret Recipe is tasty. Moreover, 2 out of 20 customers were strongly agreed that the food is very tasty.

This table shows an average number 0.7 (agree), it was the highest average number. Which mean most of the customers agree with the food is tasty.

For question 8, there are only 2 customers from the survey disagree with the price of food. While, the most of customers which occupied 10 out of 20 customers said the price of food is neutral. Besides, there are 6 and 1 customers who are agree and strongly agree with the price of food respectively.

The highest average number that show in this table is 0.5 (Neutral), which mean most of the customers were not very satisfied with the price of food.

For question 9, there are just 2 customers commented that the environment in this outlet is neutral. Whereas, the most customers occupied 14 out of 20 customers were likely with the environment of Secret Recipe. Besides, 4 out of 20 customers were answered very likely to the environment.

For question 10, the least of customers which occupied with 1 out of 20 customers was feel neutral to recommend this outlet to a friend. Whereas, 9 out of 20 customers likely to recommend this outlet to their friends. Most of customers which occupied 10 out of 20 customers are very likely to recommend to colleagues and friends.
